The App does not require an AppHelpMe account and does not upload saved calculations, VPS records, or credentials to a cloud server operated by AppHelpMe. ## 1. Data handled by the App The App may process data that you enter or create, including: - Mathematical expressions and calculation results. - Notes, results, and history that you choose to save. - Content and history from the Random Code Generator tool. - Language, appearance, skin, and effect preferences. - Backup files or JSON files that you choose to export or import. - VPS connection details that you choose to save, including a display name, IP address or hostname, SSH port, username, and encrypted password. - Proxy account details and WireGuard client information created or managed at your request. - Commands and command output displayed while you administer a VPS. Calculator data and VPS data are stored locally on your device. VPS data is stored in a separate local database. AppHelpMe does not automatically upload your calculations, notes, VPS list, SSH credentials, proxy credentials, or Random Code Generator history to its servers. ## 2. VPS and SSH connections The VPS Manager tool connects directly from your device to the VPS address that you enter, using encrypted SSH. When you choose an action such as checking a server, installing SOCKS5, creating proxy accounts, managing WireGuard, changing settings, or removing an account, the App sends the related command directly to your selected VPS. These actions can install software, create or remove server accounts, change server configuration, or create exported configuration files. AppHelpMe does not operate your VPS, proxy server, or WireGuard server. Your VPS provider and network operators may process technical information under their own terms and privacy policies. The App stores trusted SSH host-key fingerprints locally after the first connection and rejects an unexpected changed key on later connections. You can reset a trusted key in the App only after verifying that the VPS key change is legitimate. ## 3. How local data is used Local data is used to: - Perform calculations and display results. - Save and organize calculation history. - Restore backups and remember settings. - Generate random codes. - Connect to and administer the VPS you specify. - Display local proxy-account and WireGuard history. - Create, import, export, copy, or share files and configuration data at your request. ## 4. Advertising and data processed by Google Versions of the App that display advertisements use the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) and may use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage privacy choices where required by law. According to Google, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share: - IP address, which may be used to estimate a device's general location. - App or advertising interactions, such as app launches, taps, and ad views. - Diagnostic and performance information relating to the App or SDK. - Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, App Set ID, or related identifiers where applicable. Google may use this data to deliver and measure advertisements, limit ad frequency, prevent fraud, protect advertising systems, and personalize ads when you have consented and applicable law permits it. Consent and advertising choices In regions where consent is required, the App may use UMP to present a privacy message before requesting ads. Where available, you can review or change your choices through “Ad privacy options” in the App's Settings. You can also manage or reset your advertising identifier in your device's privacy settings. Versions of the App with advertisements disabled do not request or display ads. ## 6. Data sharing AppHelpMe does not sell your saved calculations, notes, VPS data, or history. Data may leave your device when: - You connect directly by SSH to a VPS that you entered. - You intentionally export, import, copy, or share a backup file, proxy account, or WireGuard configuration. - You open a website in a browser or share content through another app. - Google Mobile Ads or UMP process advertising-related data as described in this policy. Third-party services, VPS providers, network operators, and apps that you choose to use may apply their own privacy policies. ## 7. Data retention and deletion Local data remains on your device until you: - Delete individual saved items, VPS records, proxy-account records, or WireGuard records. - Clear the App's data in system settings. - Uninstall the App. You must delete exported or shared files from the location where they were saved or from the receiving app. Deleting a VPS record or uninstalling the App does not automatically remove software, proxy accounts, WireGuard clients, logs, or configuration changes already created on your VPS. Advertising data processed by Google is retained in accordance with Google's policies and legal obligations. ## 8. Security Calculator and VPS data are stored in the App's private storage area on your device. SSH traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords saved for VPS connections and proxy-account records are stored in protected form in the local database. You should protect your device, VPS, passwords, and exported backup or configuration files. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. ## 9. Children's privacy The App provides general-purpose calculation, educational, and server-management tools. It does not require users to provide their name, address, telephone number, or create an account. AppHelpMe does not knowingly request or directly collect children's personal information through the App. A parent or guardian may contact AppHelpMe if they believe that a child has provided personal information through a channel controlled by AppHelpMe. ## 10. Your choices You may choose to: - Avoid saving calculations, VPS records, or passwords. - Delete saved local data. - Remove exported backup and configuration files. - Clear all App data. - Manage advertising privacy choices where available. - Manage the advertising identifier in your device settings. - Uninstall the App. ## 11. International data transfers Your selected VPS may be located in a country different from where you live. VPS providers and network operators may process connection data according to their own privacy policies. Google and advertising service providers may also process data in countries other than the country where you live. Such processing is governed by the privacy policies and data protection mechanisms of the relevant providers. ## 12. Changes to this policy This policy may be updated when the App's features, third-party services, or data practices change. The latest revision date will be displayed at the top of this page. ## 13.
