This Privacy Policy applies to AppHelpMe - Rice & Tools, package name com.apphelpme.app, developed by Phan Hoang Sang.

This Privacy Policy explains how AppHelpMe handles user data.

2. User-entered data

AppHelpMe allows users to enter and manage information such as:

- Rice groups, farmer names, phone numbers and weighing records.

- Fields, crop seasons, cultivated areas, crop varieties and farming activities.

- Field journal entries, expenses, materials, harvest information, notes and photos.

- Calculator values and saved calculation results.

- Saved calendar dates, titles, notes, labels, colors, attachments and reminders.

- Random code history and application settings.

This information is provided voluntarily by the user and is used only to provide the requested features.

3. Local storage

AppHelpMe stores user-created data locally on the user's device using private app storage, SQLite and SharedPreferences.

Photos and files selected by the user may be copied into the app's private storage so that they remain available to the related feature.

AppHelpMe does not automatically upload field records, calendar notes, calculation history, photos, attachments or reminder information to the developer's server.

The core offline features do not require users to create an account.

Depending on the feature selected by the user, AppHelpMe may use device functions such as:

 

- Selecting photos, documents or audio files.

- Saving or exporting files and images.

- Sharing content through the Android system share menu.

- Scheduling local notifications and reminders.

- Using text-to-speech or playing locally stored audio.

- Opening external websites or communication applications when requested by the user.

 

These device functions are activated only when the user chooses the related feature. They are not used to track users.

5. Data sharing and exports

AppHelpMe does not sell or rent users' personal data.

Some features allow users to intentionally export, save or share data, images, reports or backup files.

When the user chooses to share content, the selected third-party application or service may process that content according to its own privacy policy.

The user is responsible for choosing where exported files are stored and with whom they are shared.

6. Local notifications and reminders

AppHelpMe may schedule local notifications for reminders created by the user.

Reminder dates, titles and related information are stored locally on the user's device and are not automatically sent to the developer's server.

Users can deny notification permission, cancel reminders or disable notifications through the application or Android system settings.

7. Data retention and deletion

 

Locally stored data remains on the user's device until the user:

 

- Deletes the related record within the app.

- Clears the app's storage through Android settings.

- Uninstalls the app.

 

When a saved record containing an app-managed attachment is deleted, the related attachment will also be removed from the app's private storage.

 

Because AppHelpMe does not automatically upload this local data to the developer's server, the developer does not retain a server-side copy of this data.

 

Exported files and backup files are stored outside the app at a location selected by the user. These files are not automatically deleted when the app is uninstalled. Users can delete them through the device file manager or the application used to store them.

 

Users should create backups before clearing app data, uninstalling the app or changing devices.

8. Login and accounts

Basic features do not require login. Some advanced features may require a Pro activation key.

9. Security

Users should protect their own devices and exported backup files. AppHelpMe cannot control how users share exported files outside the app.

 

10. Children

AppHelpMe is not specifically designed for children and does not knowingly collect children's data.

11. Changes

This policy may be updated when the app changes. Updated versions may be published on the website or app listing.
